Pak Choy Oyster Sauce.

Ingredients:

1 bunch of Pak Choy Vegetable
1 tube of egg tofu
1 tbs garlic paste or few cloves of crushed garlic
1 tbs oyster sos
1 tbs corn flour (mixed with little water)
Few drops of sesame oil.

Method:

Deep fry egg tofu until half cooked and put aside.

Heat oil and stir fry garlic until fragrant and quickly add in oyster sauce because garlic gets easily burnt. Then continue to fry few seconds more and add in the egg tofu and pak choy. Add in a little water to make the gravy and lastly add in the liquid corn flour and sesame oil.

Serve while still hot!
