Pergedil!





Ingredients:

3 Potatoes

2 tbs minced beef/Chicken

1 tbs fresh ‘daun sup’

1 tbs fried shallots (optional)

2 egg

Seasonings – salt and pepper

Some bread crumbs or biscuit crumbs

Method:

Boil potatoes until soften and mashed, let cool aside. Clean the beef and once potatoes are cool add in the beef or chicken and ‘daun sup’, fried shallots, add seasonings. Lastly crack an egg and mix everything well. Make them into small balls and let it set in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

 Frying;

Heat little oil in a non-stick frying pan, beat one egg and add seasonings in a small bowl and another bowl the bread crumbs. Roll the ready made pergedil balls in the egg and coat with crumbs, quickly fry in the pan and serve hot.
