Mini Pizza!

Ingredients:

Basic:
Few Pizza bread or Frozen Pita bread will do just good..
Pizza sauce or pasta sos will do great too.
Tomato sos
Onions
Smoked sausages-chicken, turkey, beef …
Frozen mixed vegetable/ canned pineapples
Mozarella cheese or any pizza topping cheese

Filling:
Chiken mayo, chilli tuna, varies of vegetable(for vegetarian pizza)-capcisum, chilli, brinjals etc.., beef pepperoni, seafood-crab stick, prawn meat and any other things you love to eat. Just have little bit more imagination…

Sauce:
Thousand island, satay sauce, pasta sauce/pizza sauce …

Method:

Slice open the pita bread (I like my pizza thin and crispy) and layered on a baking try greased with some olive oil so the bread won’t stick on it! And now the FUN begins… spread the base sauce to your likings, Diya loves tomato base so my pizza will be pasta and tomato sauce based. Top the bread with some sausages, onions, mixed vegetable and lastly loads of cheese! Don’t over load the bread or else it will be difficult for you to eat..

Get the oven ready for bake and just bake until the cheese melts entirely and the bread gets crispy.. about 15-18 minutes!
