My Beef Curry

Ingredients:

300g stew cut beef (or any cut you prefer)
1 inch ginger(bruised)
Rempah 4 beradik –bunga cengkih, kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga ,bunga lawang
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tbs shallots paste
1tbs chilli paste (optional)
1 tbs beef curry paste
2 tbs coconut milk
1 lemon grass(serai), bruised(dititik)
1 potato cut into 4.
Few curry leaves

Method:

Heat oil and fry rempah 4 beradik with curry leaves, ginger and lemon grass. Be careful it will pop quite much! Then add in all the paste and fry until ‘pecah minyak’ and fragrant. Add in the beef and potato and a little water, let boil until beef is tender. Keep adding the water. Lastly put in coconut milk and continue to cook for few more minutes

You can enjoy this beef curry with French bread; just make the gravy thicker!
