I should...
Its almost 1am here and I am still not sleeping..too hungry? Too tired? Too worry? Only God knows.. Took my medication like always while munching this bread with corn cream (yeah too sweet, should have munched on plain biscuits instead..sighss), I am writing here determined to get my postings regular again!
Must be the ‘Sambal Belacan’ I had earlier for dinner; been sneezing non stop, itchy nose and throat too! Coughing is surely from all the cold drinks I have been having lately, also with all those fast food!!! Oh dear.. I must take care more of my food consumption lah..
Neways.. I have so many things in mind right now, maybe this is one of the reason I'm still not sleeping at this hour too! Cake orders are filling my calendar (ya, I know.. Shouldn't complain so much, bz is good, bz is money!), netting cups, handmade fondant roses, googling cartoon pics for my mini flags etc... I am suppose to get half done by tonight but its too late now and I should sleep early cause I need to start my day early..
Thinking of what and where I should go and do tomorrow makes me even more tired... I know I should focus more on my business here, but lately too much distraction lah.. With my mom being sick, me travelling back and forth, entertaining mostly everyone else till I forgot what I want and need.
Well, at least with all these cake orders, I now know I'm able go get that iPad cover with stylus pen I wanted so much!

Superwoman?
Been running around like headless chicken today! Back and forth from my place to mom’s place, cook at my place and later at mom’s .. Came back to my place and cook again.. Oh dear..
It all started when my pumpkin got sick few weeks back, high fever and bad cough until we brought her to see 3 different child specialist and then she got better.. The nasty bug caught myself and I was down for a week after.. Couldn't do much so my mom and her maid came to help with my cakes.. Few days after I was all better and then my mom got sick! 5 days and she finally got admitted at the hospital due to the fever and kidney reading not so good! Since then I have been traveling from Damansara to the hospital in Kg Baru for few days until mom got discharged, then from Damansara to Gombak for another few days..
I finally took one day rest from traveling and rest at home until the next day mom’s maid called telling she's down with fever! Sounded sooo weak over the phone .... Early morning send kiddo to school, rush back home to cook while I have my breakfast standing in the kitchen! Thank God for 3in1 coffee mix!!! Pickup kiddo and straight away drive to Gombak. There I cook dinner as well for both of them before I rush back to my place and fix our dinner. Dropped by the grocery store to get some things for mom’s lunch tomorrow too.. Prepared everything and keep in the chiller so I can just start my day early and cook everything tomorrow..
Tomorrow I am going to make singgang kerang serve with punded garlic and chilli soy sauce, kangkung goreng belacan and ayam masak kicap kenduri style!! If that what it takes to make my mom eat, so I will cook everything, all the way..
My day didn't stop there, I still have a small set of cupcakes to finish up for tomorrow’s pickup and prepare my cream, choc fudge sauce for Friday’s pickup! Everything was done at about 11pm and I finally get to sleep and rest..
Masyaallah.. Where did all those energy came from? God is Great! Like magic when I was able to do all those this whole day.. Yeah He is testing me but at the same time He is there to help me.. Always..

My Gift To You
I think too much recently.. Been a year plus since I finished my treatment and never miss any of my regular checkup.. Alhamdulillah, semuanya selamat, semuanya sihat.. Looking good all the way.. I am more active in my bakings, stronger and feeling a lot better. Sampai kan busy sangat tak dapat nak ber-blogging sangat lately.. Ya ya I know I should be consistent in my writing if I really want to learn to write.. Am at my best now to regularly write..
Sementara I am having a good life now, tak semua orang bernasib baik like myself.. A dear friend of mine; my only cancer friend that has always been there for me especially during my chemo treatment is having relapse on her cancer after 6 beautiful and wonderful years.. The news breaks me.. I kept on thinking what if that happens to me? And then I realized I have nothing for Diya if I die! She is only 4 years old now and will be 10 years old in 6 years, I don't think she will remember me much if I'm not around by that time. I never write, collect, keep anything for her..
I talked to my BFF bout this and she came with the idea of me writing a recipe book for Diya. All my daily cooking, how she would love her food to be, all the dos and don'ts in her daily meal etc. So I will write to her as if I'm teaching her to cook. I will write manually so the book will be a personal one from me to her. I will paste cutouts of any favorite label I always use from a normal all purpose flour to the cream I use into all my sauces! This will also be in my ‘Bucket List’ to do things before I die.. I will jot down all the passwords and user name for all the websites that I have so one day she can read herself all the stories I always upload on the net, from Facebook statuses, tweets, blog postings etc..

I Miss You
Been soooo long since i last wrote here.. About a year or so? I really do miss writing here especially bout my cooking and of coz, Diya... So today i have decided not to wait anymore, or else i will never continue to write.. I think i will just continue writing as usual and make one long entry on what i have missed to write the past year.. Life has been soooo busy for me since i completed my cancer treatment, Alhamdulillah i am now doing well and trying to get back on track especially business wise.. I have loads of pictures of Diya and stories on how much she has grown up, also pictures of food and also my cakes..
Diya has started school, learning alot and has improved alot on her vocab, also speach skills.. As for myself, started my diploma in cake baking and decorating at ICCA, the best cake school intown! Although i only attend sunday classes, still i am very occupied with cake orders, Diya and her school etc... But yeah i know, all of that is not to be a reason for me to stop writing right??? Will definitely try my best to write again..
For all my blogger frens, pls dont ever give up on me.. Insyaallah will visit all of you very much soon..

Mac And Cheese
Things that you need:
A small bowl of elbow macaroni
2 tbsp of butter (I always use salted butter)
2 tbsp of multipurpose flour
2 cups of double cream milk*
cheddar cheese*
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Melt butter and flour in a non stick pan until well combine add in milk. Again stir until everything are well mixed. Add in elbow pasta (pre-boiled and cooked) keep stirring and add in the cheese. Mix until cheese melts and remove from heat. Don't forget to add in seasoning; salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm!

Macam Maner Nak Pilih Cili Kering
Bagi contoh cili diatas ini ialah jenis yang pedas! Warnanya merah menyala, Lurus dan tidak bertangkai. Kalau diikutkan pengalaman I memasak jenis ini adalah jenis yang paling pedas. So watch out!! Cili jenis ini mudah didapati di pasaraya terkenal dan besar seperti Giant dan Tesco.
Ini lah contoh cili yang langsung tak pedas pada tekak I lah. Senang nak diguna buat sambal sebab kalau I buat sambal I suka guna banyak cili supaya dapat lebih kuah sambal tapi kalau cili kisar tu pedas sangat nanti tak tahan pulak pedas kan? jadi I rasa cili ni lah yang terbaik for me and my family. Cili ini menurut dari mak I berasal dari Terengganu, tetapi masih boleh didapati disesetengah pasaraya seperti pasaraya NSK dan beberapa buah kedai borong barangan kering dikawasan selayang dan gombak.
Cara membuat cili kisar:
Potong dan hiris cili kering nipis-nipis dibuang bijinya sekali. Cuci sehingga air rendaman cili menjadi jernih dan rebus sehingga cili menjadi lembut. Tapis dan cuci lagi sehingga air menjadi jernih lagi dan masukkan kedalam blender. Masukkan separa penuh air masak, seulas bawang putih, satu sudu besar minyak masak, sedikit garam dan cuka(kalau suka lah dan mahu tahan lebih lama). Kisar sehingga hancur dan menjadi pes yang sempurna. simpan didalam peti sejuk untuk digunakan pada bila-bila masa. Biasanya I akan buat cili kisar ni untuk simpanan dalam seminggu dua supaya senang untuk memasak. Selain daripada cili kisar I juga buat bawang putih kisar, bawang merah kisar. Petua Siang Sayur Supaya Manis
Satu lagi petua yang berkaitan ngan sayur! Well, this time I got this petua from a lady yang dulu bekerja sebagai pembantu rumah at my house. This lady is a mother to my sister's friend and we had her to stay with us for a while until my mom got us a permanent pembantu rumah. yeah, dulu kita panggil pembantu rumah because they are locals and citizens, unlike these days where people prefers to use foreigners maid to help with house chores.
Neways, we called her "Bonda" which means mom or mother. I can remember one day I sat beside her while she cooks lunch and I notice the way she cut her vegetables and I asked why? What she did was, instead of using the knives or nowadays people uses kitchen scissors; she simply use her hands to 'pluck' the leaves from the stem, or just break into small pieces with crunchier type of vegetable. Sebagai contoh lah, sayur kangkung.. Biasanyer kita siang sayur pakai pisau, tapi Bonda petik-petik daun kangkung tu bersama sebahagian kecil tangkainya dengan hanya menggunakan tangan. Lepas tu kalau dia siang kacang panjang or kacang buncis pun dia gunakan teknik yang sama, petik-petik to smaller pieces. Bila I tanyer; Bonda, kenapa buat sayur tu macam tu and she answered... Barulah sayur ni manis bila kita masak nanti.. So, sampai lah sekarang nih, kalau I masak sayur, bila nak siang sayur tu I will just use my hands..

New Segmant?
On top of that, I think I want to add in a new segment that is "PETUA" where I can share many tips on cooking, groceries shopping, termasuk lah macam maner nak pilih ikan kat pasar ker haha! This may sound funny but believe me, I do have friends calling me; sue, macam maner nak pilih kangkung yang elok kat pasar? Since now this is how my life is and over the years I have gained more and more experience in being a full-time mom, why not I share my tips with all of you out there.. Once a friend call me up crying because she now had to quit her job, become a full-time mom and just couldn't handle everything at once. " Sue, macam maner you boleh buat kerja rumah, cook almost complete meal everyday, shop groceries, drive around, bake and sell cakes WITH Diya hanging on to you all the time??? Im even scared to drive pegi kedai depan tu tu get simple things!!! How you manage? Whats your secret?" (bukan masuk bakul dan angkat sendiri yer.. hehe). Bila I fikir balik, ye lah kan? I managed!!! Not perfect but I am able to handle it Alhamdulillah.
So, I think this is good for me to write here.. Share more things and why not make more friends kan? Broccoli Oyster Sauce With Egg Tofu Mumy
The things you need:
Egg tofu in tubes slice them but not to thin because we are going to fry them.
Sayur broccoli dalam a bunch ker.. You can opt for other vegetable also but I love non- bitter ones.
Garlic say a few cloves
A few table spoon of oyster sauce
A table spoon of corn flour( to be mix with water)
Half cup water
Seasonings: Salt and pepper
How To Cook:
Fry the egg tofu in a stir fry pan, no need to deep fry. Just until they get slightly brownish. Can we skip this part? I suggest not because egg tofu is very soft and delicate; they will definitely put a side. Clean the broccoli and cut them as how you like. You can also add in fish ball or fish cake if you want to. Bruise the garlic and start to fry them. Add in the oyster sauce and the fried tofu, a little water for gravy. Add in the broccoli cut into small pieces, seasonings and stir a little longer. Not to long cause you wouldn't want mushy vegetable right? Lastly, remove from heat and add in the corn flour water mixture. Stir until thick and serve hot with any other dishes. It can match almost all dishes although I don't agree to have this with any kuah masak lemak hehehe..

Talking Diya
I can remember last time masa I had to go through chemo and I was weak, my mom's maid had to suap diya makan, mandi and pakai kan baju tuk Diya and I got jelous! sometimes she even sleeps with her.. I cried in the room, but I know I had to let go Diya for a while, at least until I am strong enough to handle her again.. The moment I have more energy I will do all the things myself, I’ll bathe her, comb her hair, feed her and even play with her abit here and there. To think again, she was my strength when I was weak. I stayed strong for her.. Semua ni berlaku tanpa myself sedari.. Tak perasan langsung Diya is actually my strength yang datang dari maner pun I tak tau.. Alhamdulillah, dan I will always stay strong for her Insyaallah.

Ikan Cencaru Masak Tauchu Mumy
Things That you need:
Ikan cencaru yang dibuang jaket dan dibersihkan sepenuhnya. I always like the smaller size of fish so i can have seekor on my own plate haha..
Bawang putih(seulas), bawang kecik/merah(dua ulas), halia(dalam seinchi) dan cili hijau (dalam dua biji). Cuci dan hiris kesemua bahan ini kecuali cili hijau cukup sekadar dibelah dia sebagai perhiasan.
Sedikit timun atau kacang panjang sebagai sayur tambahan dalam kuah tauchu itu.
Satu paket kecik Tauchu masin atau dalam dua sudu besar; dilecek atau ditmbuk atau digunakan terus dari paket mengikut cita rasa masing-masing lah.
Sedikit air, serbuk lada sulah dan garam sebagai perasa serta serbuk kunyit untuk menggoreng ikan.
Cara memasak:
Ikan dibersihkan, digaul dengan sedikit garam dan kunyit dan digoreng sehingga garing mengikut cita rasa sendiri. Toskan dan ketepikan.
Panaskan minyak sedikit didalam kuali, tumis bahan hirisan termasuk cili hijau, tumis sehingga naik bau kemudian masukkan tauchu. Kacau hingga masak baru masukkan air. Tunggu mendididh, masukkan garam sedikit(hati-hati kerana tauchu sudah masin), lada sulah secukup rasa dan sayuran tadi. Setelah semua masak curahkan kuah tauchu ini keatas ikan yang telah siap digoreng, hidang kan sementara masih panas.
Lactose Intolerant and Dairy Overdose?
Oh dear... My Diya is not well.. Mula-mula sekali-dua jer dia cirit, tapi lama-lama makin kerap pulak. Sampai sehari 5 pampers berganti. Baru tukar satu dah kena ganti baru lagi sekali. I thought nak tunggu sehari dulu baru bawak pegi klinik pakar kanak-kanak kat depan tu tapi tak sampai hati pulak lah bila tengok Diya cirit-birit macam tu, so malam tu we went to see the doctor and get her checked.
I explained to the doctor that on Saturday Diya had pizza which that was her 1st pizza. We had the Cheesy Volcano Pizza cause we thought that would be FUN for Diya. Then the next day Diya asked for the same thing; pizza again! And so we went.. Earlier the day Diya had mushroom soup, cereal with milk for lunch and pizza for dinner. Later she had vanilla ice cream for desert. And everything started that midnight. One after another until myself pun penat nak bangun tengah malam lagi. Sebab terlalu kerap kena cuci Diay's private part tu naik rashes. Very red and I'm sure very painful lah. Diya has eczema and too much water will dehydrate her skin and trigger rashes, her body tempreture pun naik jugak sikit. I was worried quite much until I get to see the doctor. After the checkup doctor concluded that Diya has Lactose Intolerant and Dairy Overdose. she prescribed Diya with Probiotix from Bio-Life, ORS for her diarrhea and some salt water for energy, also flu and fever syrup for her runny nose and body temperature. Doctor told me not to worry because Diya is not dehydrated. She is very active playing and should be ok in a couple of days. I teringat masa kecik dulu Diya got admitted to the hospital due to the same reason only that time she was vomiting quite much, in fact the whole night! 3 days admitted with full drips. I wrote about this in my previous posting.
Today is her fourth day having diarrhea but she is a lot better now. Kurang sikit cirit-birit, gap from one another pun dah makin jarak. She has more energy, selera makan pun makin baik and dia lebih ceria main her toys! Alhamdulillah.. Bersyukur sangat. Lega jugak myself tak payah bangun tengah malam lagi hehehe... Lega betul rasanya dapat main ngan Diya like she always do.. Moga Allah panjangkan umur both myself and her so that she will grow to be anak yang solehah and myself pulak sihat nak membesarkan dia. Insyaallah..

J.Co Today
Pagi ni I decided to hang out at J.Co for breakfast while waitng for my kiddo to habis sekolah.. Plus I need to get some things from the hypermarket too.. Actually this place is not bad lah.. Sofa is comfortable, almost semua table dia setty guna sofa so i lebih selesa nak pilih any spot to sit. Parking pun senang and FREE, another bonus point for the place! I order their tuna club donut and hot tea. Makan satu tak cukup lah plak memandangkan badan I dah double size now ahhahaha... So I ordered another piece haha.. Segan betul..
Agaknyer pagi- pagi mamat yang kerja tu blur kot.. Macam tak paham aper kita cakap pun ye jugak. Bila I nak tambah order pun muka blur.. Tanyer aper set breakfast pun susahnyer lah dia nak explain.. Well.. Menu wise tak lah variety sangat kat sini, semua donut base which I think they should improvise sikit tambah menu simple like small nasi lemak set ke for breakfast sahaja, or maybe donut toast with scramble egg and sausage ker.. Dah nama pun kedai kat Malaysia kan, kena lah ikut selera Malaysia hahahah... Drinks quite pricy lebih kurang starbucks jugak for their coffee and such but I tak tengok pada itu sahaja lah, the place is comfy, wifi laju, easy parking so conclude all that I rasa I will definitely come back here again.. Or maybe mark this place as my favorite place to hangout too.
So what I did today was trying to upload my cake pictures to my cake website tapi Masyaallah, banyak nyer limitation iPad nih.. I cant attach any picture kalau I guna email through the website, I tak boleh upload picture to my fan page it will directly go to my personal facebook. Kalau I nak upload via email sahaja for my fan page but again the email setting takder attachment kalau I guna the official website. Meaning I kena set kan my email account to this iPad and email from there, another but is iPad ni sharing and email is super confidential lah huhuhuh...
Ipad ooohhhh iPad! Tapi takper lah so now I know I will just the iPad to write and surf, later balik rumah baru settlekan all the work yang I dah buat on the Ipad.. Atleast I tak payah nak carry my bulky laptop lagi kan.. Plus iPad is very stylish hehehehe.
New Hijab Style?
And there we go, chit and chat bout her career and all.. What interests me was her hijab style. I wonder always everytime I see her pictures on Facebook or magazines; macam maner dia lilit tudung dia ek? And so she did a short demo for us! Oh, dear... Simplenyer!!! I always fikir alahai lecehnyer nak belit-belit tudung mcm tu! Only few pins does the trick! She even tip us on where to get nice shawls, inner shawls, even makeup tips! Teruja nyer I masa tu heheheh... That night I sleep thinking ish tak sabar lah nak pakai tudung macam tu..
So the next day, I went to visit the boutiques, wow! Happy I was to see many shades for the inner although tak banyak shawl collection there. I spent a bit on shawl inners and I took one shawl for me to try.. The day after that I went to another boutique in Shah Alam; Hajra and there I got myself few more shawls! Fancy ones too! Am very very happy with my new look. I plan to stick to this image and of course get more shawls from Hajra!
I Don't Want To Work In An Office Anymore
Then suddenly I just thought; I never want to work in an office ever again. I never want to leave my Diya even just for work. I feel that I never have the courage, energy and strength to go back to that world. I don't care perceptions from family and friends, I just want to do what I want. I will try my best to maintain my mini baking business and help to finance the family as much as I can. If others can success.. So why not me right? Anak orang jual nasi lemak dan kuih pun boleh sampai masuk University kan??? I feel now money is not everything anymore. Yes no doubt it is important but its just not everything anymore.. Well.. At least in my list they aren't. I appreciate health more nowadays. Bila sakit aper pun kita tak boleh nak buat lagi. Allah tu bila nak amik kita anytime Dia boleh amik. Jiran belakang rumah my mom sihat walafiat, selalu come by visit and hantar kuih but suddenly last week she had a stroke, lumpuh sebelah badan and darah beku masuk ke her brain. Went for surgery the next day, coma and passed away the day after. Before this memang takder mengeluh sakit aper pun, takder kencing manis ke, darah tinggi ker aper pun takder. Just one day kena stroke.. Allahhuakhbar!
Another different story; yesterday I had lunch with some good friends of mine, career woman they are.Looking at them sitting in the fancy restaurant made me miss my office career life too.. Wear fancy clothes, bergaya betul ngan accessories, nice handbags and shoes.. Jauh beza ngan my dressing with them (although lately I dah pakai new hijab style; will story all of you in a different posting lah) but still I stylo jugak la hehe.. I dah fikir masak-masak, this life is the best for me. Home mom to Diya with a home base career, i also want to learn to write for myself. I want to cook for family, participate in all Diya's activity especially her school. I want to be there for her all the time. I make her my life now. and also maybe I want to start reading too. Yes these are the things that I want.
Please God, let me have all these. I pray hard to have all these..

Finally.. My Application!
Ok this is how it works.. I downloaded evernote into my Mac laptop(they have a desktop version too), into my iPad and also in my blackberry.. Then I bukak the application and start to use it. I can type notes, attach pictures as how I like and save. Later I can also view or edit back even in offline mode. I just need the internet to sync my notes to all my gadgets.. Benda ni macam website tau, even if u don't have your computer with you, phone or iPad still you can access your evernote from an internet browser and will still have the same thing as what you have in your laptop or other gadgets. Benda ni make my life sooooo much easier, I don't have to sync my work using a cable lagi (which is very leceh when Diya is around using Ipad, minah tu kedekut betul). And I don't have to all the time copy paste, copy and paste!!! So what I do is, just type dalam evernote and sync, normally I lepak at cafe with free wifi and dat is a lot easier for me to sync my work. Andai kata takder internet pun takper later I balik rumah with the laptop I just click sync and same thing will appear. Easy kan?
Well.. Ader jugak pros n cons dia lah guna appliacation nih.. Like I said belom lah perfect for me to use but it is OK. One is the memory yang dia bagi is only 60MB cause I am using the free version not the premium which banyak lagi functions I boleh dapat kalau I upgrade to premium account. But it is ok sebab every time I write I will have a copy of my writing in my hard disk so I just copy and paste to both website publish and keep a copy in word document( I now prefer pages, simpler than word) for my later reference. The ones dlm evernote I delete je lah.. It would be better if I boleh terus 'save as' and masuk laptop terus.. But it is OK lah macam ni.
sejak I suka pulak dengan application Evernote ni, I jadi risau pulak if this version ader expiry date! So semalam I google the evernote Forum and also I read their Blog for some information and as a result I think I understand that the FREE version doesn't have any limitations or expiry date. But after using it for many years or so I would definitely want myself to upgrade to PREMIUM heheheh...
Now I am still learning Evernote so I can utilise it to the maximum. I can always google, read forums also blog posts.. From my reading I got to know that "Unfortunately, there's no Evernote plug-in for iPad Safari. It also lacks the ability to create notebooks from within the program." This means I am not able to save web clips on my iPad, only from my desk top because the web clip button is not available on my iPad safari. But it is still ok, I can always browse from my laptop, save the clips I wanted and snyc through the net later read on ipad. Not able to create notebooks is referring to 'folder' in Evernote. I canot create a new folder from my iPad instead only from my laptop or desk top. I also got to know that transferring pictures from ipad to other gadgets is not applicable! How i know this? Because i tried hahahahah.. I lost all my pictures from my camera huhuhhu... I transferred from my camera to my friend's laptop and into ipad hoping later at home to transfer back to my laptop. Instead habis semua pictures tu been replaced with other pictures in my laptop. Aduh...

What A Terrible Day
Once there was a YOUNG couple cuddling(oh, puhleeese get a room!!) while walking in there and hardly giving way to me although I have said and almost shouted EXCUSE ME! I have no choice but to 'langgar' lah kaki dia tu ngan tayar GETAH stroller Diya and she bukan main shouted at me and started cursing me in her language! My God! Orang macam ni pun ader ye dalam dunia nih! Although I have said sorry and she still is cursing me.. Lantak lah cause all I wanted was just to get out of there. To get away from all those inconsiderate people yang too selfish and too obsess with all the 'so called on sale gadgets'!!! who ask you to 'lenggang kangkung mak minah kan'???
Finally once I got out of there, went looking for the nearest cafe with wifi of cause so Diya can be happy with her ipad and I can rest my shoulder. Found Starbucks at G floor, got some food and drinks, sat down and I still have the thought of that nasty place earlier. Sitting down at the cafe I can see many people walking around from the mall next door The Gardens into Mid Veley and vice versa. Diya started asking for her 'my pad' and darn the wifi wasn't working well!! Maybe cause the area was too wide or too many people using the wifi there.. Oh my.. Another terrible thing to happen on the same day.. Sighss... We waited for a while, Diya had a whole doughnut and then we went back home..

Simplified Chicken Pie Shepard's Pie Style Mumy
So here it goes..
Things that you need:
Chicken filling
Chicken meat*
Mushroom
Carrot
Dried herbs; oregano, parsley, chili flakes(if you like spicy)
Garlic*
Onions*
1/4 cup of thick cream
Salt, pepper, brown sugar to taste
A teaspoon of butter
Some oil to stirfry
How to prepare:
Dice chicken meat, clean them and put aside. Slice onions and garlic (if you're using powder form just marinate them with the chicken meat) and stir fry until golden brown, season with the brown sugar to the onions(taste a lot better this way) and add in the chicken and mushroom. Add in all dry herbs continue to stir pour in the thick cream and butter, stir again until well combined and cook. At this point lower the heat as thick cream is not so friendly with too much of heat. Nanti 'berketil- ketil' pulak kuah tu. Don't forget to season with salt and fresh pepper( powder form pun ok jugak lah no problem). Add a little bit of water to have extra gravy for serving later..
Topping mashed potato:
A small bag of potatoes ( here you can varies how you want your mash potato to be. Kat supermarket tu ader banyak jenis potato, from cheap ones, to super expensive ones which will have different taste each of them. You can even have them mashed with the skins, ader yg kulit pink, red, light yellow and many more.. Just be creative. Add cheese and sour cream if you like too!!!
50g of butter(dalam satu sudu besar makan lah)
1/4 cup or less of thick cream again(you can opt for low fat milk at this point, mash potato will taste lighter than)
Salt and pepper to taste, you can sprinkle dried parsley as deco too..
How to prepare:
Boil the cleaned potatoes either in a pot or cut them into smaller pieces and boil in a microwave. I always use the 2nd method heheheh... If you want to have the skin too make sure you lightly scrub the potatoes while cleaning them. Once cooked, toss put in the butter and cream/milk and start to mash. Add in the seasoning to taste. Put aside.
Pie crust base:
This is the cheating part! Just get the ready made either at the super market, or any bakery shops!!! Hahahaha... Open pack and follow instructions!! But do not get the flakey desert pie crust. Instead get the savory pie crust.
Combining and baking:
Put in chicken filling in the pre-bake pie crust, leave the gravy in the pan for serving later. Top the chicken filling with the mash potato, cover the whole surface. Spread some egg yolk on the pie to get the golden brown effect heheheh.. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the crust is cooked. Once brownies, sides looks crispy means it is almost done..
*any part of the chicken meat you can use, you can even use with bones if you like and want to. To get a more express, you can opt the onions and garlic from fresh ones to powdered form. They will definitely cut your preparing time a lot faster.

Diya Has Flu
This is my first visit to Pavillion after so long that the new mall has opened finally I decided to visit. Well, 1st impression wasn’t that good on me as I see the escalator from the parking space was quite narrow for me to push diya’s stroller there.. They don’t provide the long escalator for baby stroller and trolleys (well, not that I’ve seen) and the lift was very far from where I parked!
Once in the mall my impression was.. WOW!!! Gucci, Prada, LV and many more.. All super expensive brands! Floor was quiet and not many people walking around.. hmm.. Where is the kid’s area? Continue walking up and down until I finally noticed that there were more people on this floor/wing compare to where I was before.. Oh, no wonder lah cause the shops and brands here are more ‘common’ and ‘affordable’??? Well.. Overall I am not so fond of the mall lah, leceh to push strollers, lifts selalu full with working people and to my surprise most of them just don't care bout others lelebih lagi mothers with kids like me. They push in although we all dah penuh ngan strollers dalam tu. Ader pulak yang tak nak give way to us dulu.. I guess that is the life style lah kalau mall dekat tetengah TOWN!
Even someone told me kalau nak pegi Pavillion tak boleh bawak anak-anak cause that is a place for shopping bukan with kids.. Well BABE... Sorry ler I dont shop WITHOUT my kid yer.. And FYI, I shop almost EVRYDAY :p :P :P

Hot Cakes Serve With Tuna Mayo Mumy
Ingredients:
1 cup Self-rising Flour (or any cake flour)
1 cup fresh milk
1 egg
50g melted butter (about two tablespoon heap-full)
Vanilla essense(optional)
1 or 2 table spoon brown sugar (white sugar also can)
Method:
Mix everything in a bowl except the butter until combine, melt butter in a sauce pan or a microwave would be easier and pour in the bater later. Stir again and scoop on to a nonstick pan, turn to the other side once you see bubbles appearing and serve hot.. About one min each lah on slow heat. Senang kan? Previous my recipe tu complicated sikit and now I prefer to use this recipe fast and easy. Serve with what ever you like; fresh fruits and yoghurt, caramel syrup. Ice cream, even tuna mayo like I did. Almost anything!

Dont get me wrong, bukan dah takder passion on my food photography cuma lately sibuk and everything nak cepat, nak grab camera pun tak sempat inikan pulak nak nak assemble my huge camera tu hehehehe... Ya ya no excuse lah, will do it next time.
