My Penang Char Kuey Teow

This is my version of Penang Char Kuey Teow... super easy to make...

Ingredients

cook the sauce 1st (I always throw everything in my microwave, ehehehe)

1 tbs thick soy sauce

1 tbs oyster sauce

1 tbs light soy sauce

1tbs sweet soy sauce

1 cup of HOT water

Few drops of sesame oil

3 tbs chicken broth/ 1 tbs chicken stock (liquid type).

Stir everything together and bring to a boil if ur using microwave 10mins is good enough eheheh...

Fresh kuey teow(if yours is frozen just throw(again) in the microwave for a couple of mins untill soften and put aside

some prawns(fresh ones) and clean them

1 tbs garlic paste

1tbs chili paste

2 eggs

daun kuchai.

Method

heat wok with high heat and stirfry garlic and chili paste and quickly add in the prawns, still with high heat cook everything (its ok to have a bit browned garlic and chili, taste better) and put in the cooked sauce (more is better coz the gravy taste better) and bring to a boil, while boiling crack in the eggs and still boiling, throw in da kuey teow stir and daun kuchai in quickly and remove wok from heat and serve immediately!
