Cream Bolognese...




Ingredients:
Pasta (I always mix mine speghetti with shell so my baby can have more FUN eating them). Boil to cook and put aside(DO NOT RINSE under tap water coz the stickyness of the pasta will thicken the bolognese gravy later)
2 tbs pasta sos (tomato based any flavour you like)
2 tbs tomato sos ( you can use tomato paste or canned tomatoes if you prefer)
1 tbs garlic pasteMinced beef or chicken(as much as u like)
1 chopped onion (optional- it will make da gravy naturally sweet)
pinch of oregano/basil/thyme/italian herbs ( myself prefer oregano and basil they are not too strong taste and smell)
pinch of brown sugar
Chilli flakes (if u like it slightly hot or really spicy just use chilli paste)
3-4 tbs of Double cream(for weight watchers get low fat ones or just not use at all)
Method:
Heat little bit olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and stirfry garlic with minced beef or chicken. Add in Onion if you wish to. Onced cooked add in all the sauces together. Continue to fry and add in the herbs, sugar(important to balance up da sourness of the pasta sos) and Chilli flakes (if ur using chilli paste add in little earlier). Pour in some HOT water to make more gravy and add in the cream. Simmer ther gravy and add in the pasta. Light stir and remove rom heat, serve HOT!!! huiyooooo.... mmg sedap!!!
